With deep compassion and leadership experience, Sharon Krohn works with organizations and individuals to provide the space for leaders to explore, grow and thrive.

As an Executive Coach, Executive Search Consultant and Facilitator, Sharon develops trusted relationships with her clients as she accompanies them on journeys of growth and transformation.

Prior to joining the consulting world, Sharon spent ten years as CHRO for a national real estate company, and then served as COO for an international hotel real estate firm. Through the experience gained as a member of senior leadership, she developed an inside view of the strategic importance of assembling the best talent and creating an environment which enables talent to thrive.

This experience as a business leader informs her work. When coaching an executive, leading a workshop, facilitating a strategy retreat, or interviewing a candidate for a search assignment, Sharon brings a deep understanding of the impact that an individual can have on the organization and how organization culture can impact the effectiveness of every individual.

Sharon holds a M.A. Communications from New York University and a B.A. from Bar Ilan University. She received training as a Leadership Coach from The School of Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University. Sharon delivers Everything DiSC workshops to individuals and teams and is certified in a wide range of assessment tools, including, The Leadership Circle Profile, The Hogan Assessment, EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®.

She and holds the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC), the highest level designation of the International Coach Federation (ICF)
